Shipping Policy

By purchasing from Natures Christmas, you agree to all information written below. 

Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

At this time, all orders are shipped via USPS.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at check-out, based on the weight and location of delivery.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Damages:

Natures Christmas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Natures Christmas cannot reimburse orders that were misdelivered, missing, or stolen after delivery.

International Shipping:

We currently only ship within [the United States. Please contact us if you would like to inquire about shipping outside of the United States.
