Refunds & Returns Policy
Return + Exchange Policies
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before shipping anything back, to ensure it fits the necessary conditions for return or exchange.
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds:
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us here or at natureschristmas@gmail.com. Include your order number and details about the exchange.
We will process the exchange once we receive the original item in unused and original condition.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us here or at natureschristmas@gmail.com immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first.
Then, contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
